L’il Champs & Youth Olympic Style Boxing Practices
LET’S KNOCKOUT OBESITY! We offer a structured environment for children and youth to learn the fundamentals of Olympic Style Boxing. Our program is taught by our certified instructors where the focus is on the fundamentals of boxing and the Long Term Athlete Development Model (LTAD).
This Program is NON-CONTACT. The only things that get HIT in these practices are hand pads and bags! If your child demonstrates an interest in competitive boxing; the head coach will sit down with the athlete and parent(s)/guardian(s) to discuss all aspects of Olympic Style Boxing competition.

Increase in self-esteem, confidence & leadership!
Our boxing program focuses on the fundamentals of boxing while promoting overall physical fitness. Our focus is to instill confidence, self-esteem and leadership qualities in our young members.
We address bullying by teaching our children and youth NOT to hit back, but by teaching them to be empowered to walk away. Our children today need to build their self esteem and self confidence so they can realize their self worth!
By doing this, we reduce the chance of our children going to the EXTREME to deal with the emotional stress of bullying and all of our Child and Youth programs integrate these teachings.
